Project Overview

Rapha’s Healing Herbs Shop recently expanded its business offerings to include a bed and breakfast called Rapha’s Eco Homestead. To support this development, a new module was created and integrated into the existing website. This module introduces a dedicated accommodation page that presents detailed listings of the available rooms, including descriptions, nightly rates, amenities, and high-quality images. The page also features a booking functionality allowing visitors to submit reservation requests directly through the site. Designed with responsiveness in mind, the module ensures a smooth and consistent user experience across desktop and mobile devices. While maintaining the visual identity of the original brand, the accommodation page introduces a nature inspired and eco-conscious design that reflects the values of the homestead. This integration provides a seamless bridge between Rapha’s herbal wellness offerings and its new hospitality venture, helping the business reach a broader audience while enhancing customer engagement and convenience.

Usability best practices highlighted the need for a mobile-friendly, responsive design with clear calls to action and minimal input fields. Unique features like herbal gardens and eco-living were identified as key selling points. Informal customer feedback confirmed interest in nature-based stays and emphasized the importance of an easy online booking process. This research guided the development of a streamlined, user-focused module that integrates smoothly with the existing website.
